FRANCIS, WENDELL was the son of Winston and Marie Francis (deceased), brother of Anthony, William, Wayne and Waybrun. Father of Lei Hebeler and Kijano Wendell Francis. Father in law of Alexander Hebeler. Formerly married to Deborah Jones. A Memorial Mass will take place on Monday 16th at 10:00 am at the St Francis RC Church in Belmont.
